Business Development Specialist

Job summary

A rapidly expanding household appliances company is currently looking for a Business Development Specialist to be based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
• Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
• Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
• Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
• Track all business-related invoices
• Train sales professionals and help improve their skills
• Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
• Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
• Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople
• Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services

Experience requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
• Experience with water filtration system and/or household electronic system is preferred
• Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques, with proven record of sales growth
• Exceptional project management skills, organizational skills and problem-solving skills
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, sharp negotiation and networking skills
• Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
• Experience in managing sales or marketing teams is an advantage

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business is preferred.
