Regional Sales Manager, Coating Additives

A global leading chemical supplier, specializing in coating additives

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all sales and marketing for business in Vietnam market
• Collaborating closely with their local partners/distributors to develop and oversee the brand and business.
• Establish and maintain direct relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Work closely with their local technician to provide top-notch service to customers and coordinate joint technical visits as needed.

Experience requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in selling specialty chemical or similar qualifications in the paint and coating field 
• preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively and influence outcome internally and externally, in Vietnamese & English
• Be detail-oriented with the ability to organize sales activities
• Self-starter, self-motivated, and capable of creating selling opportunities
• Willing to travel extensively within the region

Education requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with a strong academic background, preferably in chemical related fields or business
