Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply strategy
- Manage production planning
- Allocate vendors and regions
- Negotiate production contracts
- Budget management
- Provide production updates
- Collaborate on new variety introductions
- Supervise stock seed production
- Ensure IP security
- Monitor vendor relations and production targets
Experience requirements
- Previous experience working with an Asian scope is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel extensively between production sites across the nation.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
Education requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain optimization and production planning, particularly in vegetable seed production.
