Job summary

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and building sales pipelines, maintaining strong relationships with clients, clarifying their needs, and working with internal teams to propose solutions. This role reports directly to the BD Manager.

Job Responsibilities

Continuously build sales pipelines via various B2B channels, such as digital platforms or physical events, presenting IT and creative solutions to potential leads.

• Develop long-term relationships with clients and partners through professional networking.

• Participate in meetings with clients and prepare proposals tailored to their needs. Handle negotiations and paperwork related to agency projects.

• Coordinate closely with in-house teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.

• Prepare regular reports on sales and projects to the management team.

Experience requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• Proven experience in IT/digital sectors, either in Sales or Product roles.

• Strong understanding of the ITO landscape and agency services including web/app development, UI/UX design, and graphic/motion design.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to identify and act on opportunities independently.

• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with internal teams and external clients

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Japanese is a plus but not required

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
