Job summary

Adecco's client, an MNC in the catering industry, is urgently looking for a Talent Development Manager.

Job Responsibilities

1. Recruitment

- Build and develop a high-quality human resources team, the foundation for the company's development

- Receive recruitment requests from departments within the Company, make recruitment plans, coordinate and organize the implementation of that plan;

- Recruitment planning and budget: Create sources, manage candidate data, recruitment system, attract qualified candidates...

- Research to improve and optimize the recruitment process and apply recruitment support tools

- Receive and screen candidate applications, arrange candidate interview appointments;

- Develop labor recruitment standards for each target group.

- Manage candidate information records. Synthesize and analyze existing data sources to develop a recruitment plan to meet the Company's development requirements;

- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs, make recommendations to improve training effectiveness;

- Advise leaders on training programs and solutions to improve the quality of recruitment and training activities

2. Training

- Analyze and develop training and development programs that nurture the company's talents and ensure their development

- Manage the company's training system: promotion training, external recruitment, skill development, capacity improvement, according to the provisions of law.

- Build and improve existing training programs, develop new training programs, plan training programs for each department and personnel, according to the Company's standards and personnel requirements on a monthly basis. , quarter and year.

- Evaluate and select external training program providers

- Standardize processes and regulations related to training

- Coordinate with units/departments to research, propose new construction, and update training programs.


Experience requirements

- At least 10 years of recruitment experience and 03 years of experience as a Human Resources manager at a company with 1,000 employees or more

- Have knowledge related to labor law, especially recruitment, training...

- Skills to create sources to analyze and evaluate candidate data

- Good problem solving ability;

- Management, leadership, and inspirational skills

- Agile, professional and enthusiastic in working style;

- Ability to think creatively and proactively

- Proficient in using office information technology, especially: Excel and Powerpoint

- Priority is given to candidates who can communicate fluently in Korean or English at work.
